이 약관은 아르케(Arche)(이하 "아르케")가 제공하는 학습 앱 라이벌로그(Rivalog)(이하 "앱")의 이용과 관련하여 아르케와 이용자 사이의 권리·의무와 책임 사항을 정합니다.
앱은 다음 기능을 제공합니다.
앱은 인터넷 연결 없이 동작하며 회원가입·로그인이 없습니다. 이용 계약은 이용자가 앱을 설치하여 이용을 시작할 때 성립합니다.

'내 라이벌 찾기' 검사는 학습 방식에 대한 참고용 추정치이며, 의학적·심리학적 진단이 아닙니다. 결과는 이용자 기기 안에만 저장되고, 이용자가 직접 공유 버튼을 눌러 기기의 공유창을 통해서만 다른 곳으로 보낼 수 있습니다. 검사 결과는 시험 결과나 능력을 판단하는 근거로 쓸 수 없습니다.
앱이 보여 주는 하루 할 양, 마스터리, 복습 단원, 라이벌과의 비교는 이용자가 입력한 정보와 아르케의 계산 방식에 따른 추정치와 참고 자료입니다. 실제 이해도나 시험 결과와 다를 수 있으며, 아르케는 앱의 이용으로 특정 성적이나 시험 결과를 얻게 됨을 보장하지 않습니다. 라이벌은 앱이 계산해 보여 주는 가상의 비교 대상입니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 하여서는 안 됩니다.
앱과 앱 안의 문구, 화면 구성, 디자인, 계산 방식에 대한 권리는 아르케에 있습니다. 아르케는 이용자에게 이 약관에 따라 앱을 개인적인 학습 목적으로 이용할 권리를 주며, 그 밖의 권리는 넘기지 않습니다. 이용자가 입력한 책·강의 이름 등 이용자의 입력 내용은 이용자의 것입니다.
기록은 이용자 기기 안에만 있으므로 기기의 분실·고장·초기화, 앱 삭제, 운영체제 변경 등으로 기록이 사라지면 아르케는 이를 되살릴 수 없습니다. 백업으로 복원되는지도 아르케가 보장하지 않습니다.
앱에는 이 약관과 함께 애플의 표준 최종 사용자 사용권 계약(Apple Standard EULA)이 적용됩니다. 두 내용이 다르면 이용자에게 더 유리한 쪽을 따릅니다.

In short
These terms govern your use of the study app Rivalog (the "App") provided by Arche ("we", "us").
"Records" means the books, lectures, study progress, rival settings and quiz results that you enter or the App calculates and stores on your device. "Plus" means the paid service Rivalog Plus sold inside the App through Apple in-app purchase.
We may update these terms where the law allows, and will post the new effective date and the changes on this page and in App update notes: at least 30 days ahead for changes that are unfavourable to you, and at least 7 days ahead for others. If you do not agree, stop using the App and uninstall it; cancel any subscription as described in Section 7.
The App works without an internet connection, with no sign-up or sign-in. The agreement begins when you install and start using the App.
Records are stored only on your device and are never sent to us; we cannot see them. The App does not block your operating system's device or iCloud backups, so if you have backups on, your records may be included in your own backup and restored to a new device. Backup and restore depend on your account and settings, and we do not guarantee them. See the Privacy Policy.
We may change features, calculation methods and screens through updates; the same records may then produce different daily amounts or mastery figures. We may discontinue the App for business reasons and will give notice in advance through App update notes or this page. Refunds for any remaining paid period follow Apple's policies.

Apple processes payments and refunds under its own policies. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds ourselves. Purchases by minors follow Apple's purchase controls and refund process.
The "Find my rival" quiz gives an estimate about your study style for reference. It is not a medical or psychological diagnosis and must not be used to judge your abilities or predict exam results. The result stays on your device and leaves it only if you tap the share button and choose a destination in your device's share sheet.
Daily amounts, mastery figures, review suggestions and rival comparisons are estimates and reference aids based on what you enter and our calculation methods. They may differ from your real understanding or exam outcome. We do not guarantee any grade or exam result from using the App. The rival is a virtual comparison generated by the App, not another person.
You must not reverse-engineer, decompile or modify and redistribute the App (except where the law allows); copy, distribute or sell the App or its parts without our consent; interfere with its normal operation; or otherwise violate the law or these terms.
We own the App and its text, layout, design and calculation methods. We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the App for study under these terms. What you enter, such as your book and lecture names, remains yours.
Because records exist only on your device, if they are lost through loss, damage or reset of the device, uninstalling the App or an operating-system change, we cannot restore them. We do not guarantee restoration from any backup.
We are not liable for being unable to use the App because of events beyond our control, such as natural disasters or failures of your device, operating system or Apple's services, nor for decisions you make in reliance on the estimates in Section 10. None of this limits liability for our intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies to the App. If it conflicts with these terms, the provision more favourable to you applies.

We will try in good faith to resolve disputes by discussion. These terms and any dispute about the App are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Lawsuits that discussion does not resolve are brought in the court having jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. This does not take away mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have where you live.
These terms take effect on 2026-10-16.
