아르케(Arche)(이하 "아르케")는 학습 앱 라이벌로그(Rivalog)(이하 "앱")를 운영하면서 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 어떻게 다루는지 알리기 위해 이 처리방침을 공개합니다.

아르케는 앱을 통해 이용자의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 앱에는 회원가입·로그인·계정이 없으며, 이름·이메일 주소·전화번호·생년월일·위치·연락처·사진·기기 식별자·광고 식별자·IP 주소·사용 기록(로그)을 받지 않습니다. 앱에는 광고 도구와 분석 도구, 이용자를 추적하는 장치(쿠키·웹 비콘 등)가 없습니다.
앱은 인터넷 연결 없이 동작하며, 외부 서버와 통신하지 않습니다. 예외는 이용자가 유료 기능을 결제할 때 애플 App Store와 이루어지는 통신뿐입니다(제5조).
앱은 아래 정보를 이용자 기기의 앱 저장소에만 저장하고, 기기 안에서만 계산에 씁니다. 앱은 이 정보를 기기 밖으로 보내지 않으며, 아르케는 이를 열람하거나 보관하지 않습니다.

이 정보는 이름·연락처·기기 식별자 등 개인을 알아볼 수 있는 정보와 함께 저장되지 않습니다.
앱은 운영체제의 기기 백업을 막지 않습니다. 이용자가 기기 백업이나 iCloud 백업을 켜 두었다면 앱 기록(검사 결과 포함)이 이용자 본인의 백업에 포함될 수 있고, 새 기기에서 그 백업을 복원하면 기록도 함께 옮겨질 수 있습니다.
이 백업은 이용자와 애플 사이의 것으로 이용자의 계정에서 이용자가 관리하며, 아르케는 받거나 볼 수 없습니다. 백업 포함 여부와 삭제는 기기의 설정(Apple ID > iCloud)에서 정할 수 있습니다.
앱의 유료 기능인 '라이벌로그 플러스'(연 구독, 월 구독, 시험까지 이용권)는 애플 인앱 결제로 판매됩니다. 결제·환불·구독 관리는 애플이 처리하며, 아르케는 카드 번호 등 결제 정보를 받거나 보관하지 않습니다. 앱은 구매 여부를 확인하기 위해 애플 App Store와 통신하며, 이 과정에서 애플이 처리하는 정보는 애플 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다.
앱은 나이를 묻지 않고, 어떤 연령의 이용자에게서도 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 따라서 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보도 앱을 통해 수집하지 않습니다. 앱 안의 결제는 애플 계정의 구매 제한(스크린 타임, 가족 공유 구매 요청 등) 설정에 따릅니다.
이용자가 아르케의 이메일(archeisit@gmail.com)로 문의하시면 문의에 답하기 위해 보낸 분의 이메일 주소, 이메일에 적힌 이름과 문의 내용, 첨부 자료를 받게 됩니다. 이는 이용자가 직접 보낸 경우에만 발생하며 앱이 보내는 것이 아닙니다. 문의에 답한 뒤 보관하고 파기합니다.

Arche ("we", "us") publishes the study-planner app Rivalog (the "App"). This policy explains what happens to your information when you use it. This English text is provided for readers outside Korea; the Korean text above is the primary version under the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea.
In short
We do not collect any personal information through the App. We do not receive your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address or usage logs. The App contains no advertising, no analytics and no tracking technology such as cookies or web beacons.
The App works without an internet connection and does not talk to any server of ours. The only exception is your communication with Apple's App Store when you buy Rivalog Plus (Section 5).
The App stores the items below in its own storage on your device and uses them only on your device to do its calculations. The App does not send them anywhere, and we do not access or keep them.

This information is not stored together with your name, contact details or any device identifier.
The App does not block your operating system's backups. If you have device backup or iCloud backup turned on, the App's records (including quiz results) may be included in your own backup, and may come back if you restore that backup on a new device.
That backup is between you and Apple, is managed by you in your own account, and we cannot receive or view it. You can manage or delete it in your device settings (Apple ID > iCloud).
Rivalog Plus (annual subscription, monthly subscription, and the six-month "Until-the-exam pass") is sold through Apple's in-app purchase. Apple handles payment, refunds and subscription management. We do not receive or store your payment details. The App communicates with Apple's App Store to check your purchase status; Apple's handling of that information is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App does not ask your age and collects no personal information from users of any age, including children under 14 (Korea) or 13 (United States). In-app purchases follow the purchase restrictions of the Apple account (for example Screen Time or Ask to Buy).
Because we hold no personal information about you from the App, there is nothing for us to access, correct, delete, port or stop processing, and no profile to opt out of. You stay in control on your device:
If you write to archeisit@gmail.com, we receive your email address, any name you include, your message and attachments, solely to answer you. This happens only if you send it; the App never sends email for you. We keep it for after answering, then delete it.

If this policy changes, we will post the new effective date and the changes on this page: at least 30 days in advance for changes that materially affect your rights, and at least 7 days in advance for other changes.
