1. Who we are

This app is published by ARCHE (아르케), a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. Contact: archeisit@gmail.com.

2. Camera and photos

• The app asks for camera access only so you can snap something and add it to your burn pile.
• Photos are saved only in the app's own storage on your device. They are never uploaded or sent to us or anyone else.
• When a piece burns, its photo is deleted from the app's storage.
• The app does not access your photo library and does not use or ask for the microphone.

3. Information we do not collect

We have no server. The app contains no advertising, analytics, crash-reporting or tracking software, and we do not collect device identifiers, location or contacts.

If you tap Read the full privacy policy inside the app, this page is loaded from the web only at that moment, like opening it in a browser. The app sends no personal data with that request.

4. Deleting your data

To delete everything, burn your pieces or delete the app. Because we hold no data, there is nothing for us to delete on request. You can turn off camera access any time in Settings → Burnpile.

5. Device backups

Data inside the app may be included in your own device backup (for example iCloud), which is managed by your Apple account, not by us. We cannot see it.

6. Children

Burnpile collects no personal information from anyone, including children.

7. Your rights and questions

For any privacy question, including rights under the laws of your country (such as the UK/EU GDPR or the Korean Personal Information Protection Act), email archeisit@gmail.com.

8. Changes

If a future version collects any data (for example through purchases or advertising), we will update this policy before that version is released.
